Botox® Cosmetic
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a highly purified protein injected into the skin to relax the muscles that cause some kinds of wrinkles. While BOTOX® can treat certain medical conditions, such as excessive sweating, it is most commonly used for cosmetic purposes, primarily to reduce wrinkles on the face and neck. BOTOX® injections are relatively painless, as the needle used is significantly smaller than those used for other injectable fillers.
BOTOX® is the brand name for botulinum toxin A, a therapeutic muscle-relaxing agent derived from the bacteria Clostridium Botulinum. Using a very fine needle, BOTOX® Cosmetic is injected into designated muscles in your face that are causing lines and wrinkles. The results of BOTOX® typically last up to four months, although many patients have reported results lasting up to a full year.

Fillers (Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Radiesse®, and Sculptra®)
As we age, lines, furrows and wrinkles that develop on the skin cause us to look older, sad, angry or tired. Dermal fillers can not only prevent you from deepening these lines during natural facial movements, they can also erase these marks of aging, leaving you looking younger and refreshed.
Dermal fillers are FDA-approved and safe for use by most patients. These fillers are injected directly into the skin of the targeted area to restore volume and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Dr. Fallek offers patients several different dermal filler options, including Juvéderm®, Restylane®, Radiesse®, and Sculptra®, in order to provide the best possible results for their individual needs.

Sculptra Butt Lift
Sculptra is a dermal filler that has been approved by the FDA. It is made with Poly-L-Lactic acid (a biodegradable material used in soft tissue implants and dissolvable stitches) and is commonly used to rejuvenate the face by stimulating the body’s own collagen to lift and contour. Its unique quality of stimulating the body’s own collagen can provide an improved lift, appearance, and plumpness. Sculptra has been in use since 1999 and is used by doctors in both the United States and abroad. Doctors have discovered uses for Sculptra beyond the face and, in fact, use it to rejuvenate a major part of the lower half of the body with a non-invasive butt lift.
Sculptra, during a treatment period lasting several months, is injected into the buttocks area. Thanks to the collagen stimulation, Sculptra adds volume and plumpness to the buttocks without the patient having to undergo an invasive surgery.

Increased Collagen
The Sculptra non-invasive butt lift utilizes the patient’s own collagen to get a lift, increased elasticity, and better contour. Because it stimulates its own collagen, the skin quality improves as does the firmness of the area. It can also help reduce the appearance of some cellulite in the area because of the collagen production.
Cost of Sculptra Butt Lift
When a person first decides to have a non-invasive butt lift, they should undergo a full treatment that may require multiple vials. After the first full treatment is finished, partial touchups every year or two that require one to two vials to maintain the results may be necessary. Also, the amount of change and improvement desired by the patient will help determine the amount of Sculptra necessary for the treatment plan.
Pain-Free Butt Lift Procedure
Sculptra non-invasive butt lift is almost a pain-free procedure since it is quick and comfortable and very straightforward. Overall, there is minimal discomfort for the patient following the procedure. Any typical daily activities should not be affected. The final results take between six weeks to three months to appear.

Latisse®
There’s been a growing interest in this product ever since it was introduced. And it’s no wonder. LATISSE® is the first and only FDA-approved prescription treatment for inadequate or not enough eyelashes, growing them longer, fuller and darker. LATISSE® solution is a once-nightly treatment you apply topically to the base of your upper eyelashes, as instructed by your doctor. Then, gradually, the results come in. You may start to see more length in as little as 4 weeks and you should achieve full growth in 16 weeks. It’s not an illusion of growth. It’s real lash growth. LATISSE® makes lash growth possible because of its active ingredient: bimatoprost. Although the precise mechanism of action is unknown, LATISSE® is believed to affect the growth (anagen) phase of the eyelash hair cycle in two ways: first, it increases the length of this phase, and second, it increases the number of hairs in this growth phase.

Chin Reshaping
Patients who desire to improve the appearance of their chin may require a surgical procedure, genioplasty or chin implant. But many patients with minor or less severe irregularities of the chin can have a non surgical shaping of the chin with a dermal filler injection, Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse which is painless, safe, with a quick recovery and minimal downtime.
A non-surgical chin shaping, chin augmentation is an excellent and affordable option for patients who would like to achieve a more pleasing appearance without the risks of surgery.
