Face Procedure
Dr. Fallek is able to enhance or refine areas of the face and neck for both women and men using surgical procedures and chemical treatments. Adjustments can also be made for congenital deformities (birth defects) and abnormalities resulting from accidents or disease.
We will be happy to provide you with Pre- and Post-op pictures of our procedures in the office. Dr. Fallek does not post these pictures online for the safety and security of his patients.
Facelift
A facelift is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures available, designed to treat wrinkles, sagging and skin laxity within the face for a younger, more refreshed appearance. As we age, the effects of time, gravity, sun exposure and stress inevitably take their toll on our faces, producing wrinkles, folds, fat deposits and loose skin. Patients unhappy with the changing appearance of their face may seek relief through a facelift.
During the facelift procedure, an incision is made around the ear, sometimes extending into the scalp, through which sculpting, lifting and repositioning of the underlying fat, muscle and deep tissues, and trimming and redraping of the skin may be performed for dramatic yet natural-looking results. Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
Blepharoplasty can rejuvenate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It may be performed for cosmetic reasons or to improve sight by lifting droopy eyelids out of the patient's field of vision. Blepharoplasty can be combined with BOTOX® treatments to raise the eyebrows or reduce the appearance of wrinkles, crow's feet or dark circles under the eyes.
The procedure is usually performed in an office with local anesthesia and lasts 45 minutes to a few hours depending on how much work is done. Incisions are made along the eyelids in inconspicuous places. The surgeon removes excess tissue through these incisions and then stitches them closed with fine sutures. The effects of blepharoplasty can last for a long time.

Rhinoplasty (Nose Job)
Rhinoplasty, or nose surgery, is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures performed today. It can reshape, reduce or augment a person's nose to achieve facial harmony and boost self-confidence. Rhinoplasty is usually an outpatient procedure performed under either local or general anesthesia and lasts one to two hours unless more extensive work needs to be done.
Surgeons use one of two techniques: the incision is either made within the nostrils, thus hiding scars after surgery, or across the columella (the vertical strip of tissue separating the nostrils) in an "open" procedure, where scars are small and hidden on the underside of the base. In both procedures the skin is lifted, the bone and cartilage sculpted, and the skin replaced and stitched closed. Patients with realistic goals for rhinoplasty are generally very happy with the new shape of their nose.

Ear Surgery
Otoplasty, or ear surgery, is a surgical procedure performed to correct large, protruding or otherwise deformed ears for a more proportionate appearance. Unlike most other plastic surgery procedures, otoplasty is most commonly performed on children, as the ears are typically finished growing by the age of four. Early treatment helps reduce teasing and any effect on self-esteem that large or misshapen ears may cause. Otoplasty may often be performed to correct ears damaged by an accident or injury.
