Once considered exclusively for the correction of disfigurements, plastic
surgery has now become one of the most common and popular of all medical procedures. And while the decision to undergo surgery should only be made after careful consideration, the selection of the surgeon is just as important. After all, the results may likely depend upon the surgeon's ability and direct experience with the procedure.
, named one of America's Top Plastic Surgeons, welcomes the opportunity to speak with you about any medical issue you have which may be helped by cosmetic or reconstructive procedures. Your inquiries are encouraged, and every attempt will be made to give you the information you need in order to make your choices easier and your options clearer.
Before surgery, Dr. Fallek will consult with you to learn about your personal situation and to discuss your objectives and concerns. He will advise you of the potential results of the procedure and provide you with additional information concerning the long-term results.
You are invited to schedule a consultation with Dr. Fallek and review examples of his past surgical procedures. At all times, Dr. Fallek will make sure to take the time to answer all of your questions and address your concerns. Our goal is to make every patient comfortable with their decision for cosmetic surgery.
We look forward to working with you, answering your questions
and helping you look and feel your very best!

Dr. Fallek is the lead investigator involved in the study of a new scar
reducing product.
Kinesio tape is well known to physical therapists and athletes alike. You
may have seen the tape prominently displayed on athlete's bodies during the Olympics or on Lance Armstrong at the Tour de France. Its primary use is to
decrease tissue swelling, support muscles and improve blood flow to speed up
healing. Dr. Fallek has teamed up with Kinesio to help study the tape's
effect on wound healing and scars in general. According to anecdotal
reports the tape as been able to decrease the size of keloids and
hypertrophic scars. Dr. Fallek has been asked to formally study this in a
controlled scientific manner.
If you have a raised or thickened scar and are interested in enrolling in
the study please call or email us to set up an appointment. There are no significantly reported side effects to the tape and the tape is simply
applied to the scar and left in place for up to 3 days. The tape will be
distributed without cost and there will be no charge for the office visit.
